2. Çerezler ve benzeri teknolojiler

Çerezler, ziyaret ettiğiniz siteler tarafından tarayıcınıza kaydedilen küçük metin dosyalarıdır. Bu site çerez kullanmaz. Bunun yerine, yalnızca sitenin çalışması için gereken iki küçük bilgiyi tarayıcınızın yerel depolama (localStorage) alanında tutar:

Nasıl silinir?

Tarayıcınızın ayarlarından “site verilerini” veya “çerezleri ve site verilerini” temizleyerek bu bilgileri istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Sildiğinizde site varsayılan dilde açılır ve bildirim yeniden gösterilir.

Sitede Instagram’a ve LinkedIn’e yönlendiren bağlantılar vardır:

• Ana sayfadaki Kurgular bölümünde yer alan reels kartları ve Kareler bölümündeki fotoğraflar,
• Gösterim Salonu’nda video oynatılırken çıkan “Instagram’da ↗” düğmesi,
• İletişim bölümündeki Instagram ve LinkedIn bağlantıları.

Bu içerikler sayfaya gömülü değildir. Kartlardaki kapak görselleri ve sitede oynatılan videolar bu sitenin kendi sunucusundan yüklenir. Sayfayı gezerken Instagram’a, Meta’ya veya LinkedIn’e hiçbir bağlantı kurulmaz ve hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez. Bir bağlantıya tıkladığınızda ilgili platform yeni bir sekmede açılır; o andan itibaren o platformun çerezleri ve gizlilik politikası geçerli olur.

3. İşlenen kişisel veriler, amaç ve hukuki sebep

a) Sunucu erişim kayıtları

Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde, barındırma (hosting) altyapısı teknik olarak IP adresi, tarih-saat, istenen sayfa ve tarayıcı bilgisi gibi erişim kayıtlarını otomatik olarak oluşturur.

• Amaç: Sitenin güvenliğini sağlamak, teknik arızaları tespit etmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek.
• Hukuki sebep: KVKK m. 5/2-ç (hukuki yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi) ve m. 5/2-f (veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati).
• Saklama: İlgili mevzuatta ve barındırma hizmet sağlayıcısının politikalarında öngörülen süre boyunca.

Bu kayıtlar ziyaretçi profili çıkarmak, reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.

b) E-posta ile iletişim

Sitede form bulunmaz. Bana e-posta gönderdiğinizde, adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınızda paylaştığınız bilgiler işlenir.

• Amaç: Talebinize yanıt vermek, iş birliği veya proje görüşmesi yürütmek.
• Hukuki sebep: KVKK m. 5/2-c (bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması) ve m. 5/2-f (meşru menfaat).
• Saklama: Talebin gerektirdiği süre ve olası uyuşmazlıklar için yasal zamanaşımı süreleri boyunca; sonrasında silinir veya anonim hâle getirilir.

c) Aktarım

Kişisel verileriniz satılmaz ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Yalnızca hizmetin sunulması için zorunlu olan barındırma ve e-posta hizmet sağlayıcılarıyla ve kanunen yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının talebi hâlinde bu kurumlarla paylaşılabilir. Hizmet sağlayıcının sunucularının yurt dışında bulunması hâlinde aktarım KVKK m. 9’a uygun şekilde yapılır.

d) Toplama yöntemi

Veriler, siteyi ziyaret etmeniz sırasında otomatik yollarla (sunucu kayıtları) ve bana e-posta göndermeniz yoluyla kısmen otomatik olarak toplanır.

4. KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki haklarınız

Veri sahibi olarak şu haklara sahipsiniz:

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
• İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
• İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
• Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
• KVKK m. 7’deki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
• Düzeltme, silme ve yok etme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
• Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme,
• Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

5. Başvuru

Haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi, kimliğinizi doğrulayan bilgilerle birlikte info@kaandogramacilar.com.tr adresine “KVKK Başvurusu” konu başlığıyla iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuz, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır. Yanıtı yeterli bulmamanız hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.

6. Değişiklikler

Bu metin, sitede yeni bir hizmet veya araç kullanılmaya başlanması ya da mevzuatın değişmesi hâlinde güncellenir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır. Site ileride analiz veya pazarlama amaçlı çerez kullanmaya başlarsa, bu çerezler yalnızca açık rızanız alındıktan sonra çalıştırılır.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

This information does not identify you, is not sent to the server and is not shared with third parties. Because it is strictly necessary for the site to work as you requested, it does not require consent; a notice is still shown on your first visit to keep you informed.

How to delete it

You can delete this information at any time by clearing “site data” or “cookies and site data” in your browser settings. The site will then open in the default language and the notice will be shown again.

Instagram and LinkedIn links

The site contains links that lead to Instagram and LinkedIn:

• The reels cards in the Edits section and the photos in the Frames section on the home page,
• The “On Instagram ↗” button shown while a video plays in the Screening Room,
• The Instagram and LinkedIn links in the contact section.

None of this content is embedded. Cover images and the videos played on the site are loaded from this site's own server. While you browse, no connection is made to Instagram, Meta or LinkedIn and no information is sent to them. When you click a link, that platform opens in a new tab, and from then on its own cookies and privacy policy apply.

3. Personal data processed, purpose and legal basis

a) Server access logs

When you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure automatically creates access logs such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information.

• Purpose: Keeping the site secure, detecting technical faults and preventing misuse.
• Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller).
• Retention: For the period required by applicable law and the hosting provider's policies.

These logs are not used for profiling, advertising or marketing.

b) Contact by e-mail

There are no forms on the site. When you send me an e-mail, your name, e-mail address and whatever you share in your message are processed.

• Purpose: Replying to your request and discussing a collaboration or project.
• Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
• Retention: As long as your request requires and for statutory limitation periods for possible disputes; then deleted or anonymised.

c) Transfers

Your personal data is never sold or shared for marketing. It may only be shared with the hosting and e-mail providers strictly needed to run the service, and with legally authorised public authorities upon request. If a provider's servers are located abroad, the transfer is carried out in line with KVKK Art. 9.

d) Method of collection

Data is collected automatically while you visit the site (server logs) and partially automatically when you send me an e-mail.

4. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about it if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it has been transferred,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• Object to an outcome against you resulting solely from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

5. Requests

You can send requests about your rights, together with information verifying your identity, to info@kaandogramacilar.com.tr with the subject “KVKK Request”. Your request will be answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest, as required by the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. If you find the answer unsatisfactory, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

6. Changes

This notice is updated when a new service or tool is added to the site or when the law changes. The current version is always published on this page. If the site ever starts using analytics or marketing cookies, they will only run after your explicit consent.
